Proposed a bold long-term vision
Interviewer: Tell me about a time you proposed a vision or direction that was much larger than what was being asked. How did you sell it, and what happened?

Why interviewers ask: 'Think Big' is the LP that distinguishes Principal+ candidates. The interviewer is checking whether you can zoom out from the immediate ticket to a multi-quarter or multi-year direction, AND whether you can land funding for it. Big visions that no one buys are worthless — show both halves.
